02 — About
A long-standing practice, quietly evolving.
Clinical work with professionals, executives, and families — and, with equal care, the children and adolescents in their lives.

Dr. Hoffman's practice has, over time, drawn an increasing share of professionals and executives — alongside the long-standing work with children, adolescents, and the parents who support them.
The therapeutic style is active yet unhurried. Each engagement is shaped to the person sitting in the room: a tailored combination of focused conversation, considered measurement, and quiet continuity between sessions. Progress is reviewed openly, and the process is allowed the time it needs.
Orientation is integrative — drawing from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, relational, and strength-based traditions — and applied with attention to executive functioning, mood, attention, and the developmental concerns that often sit beneath them.
